Services

From the first process analysis to a sustainable automation structure.

AYE guides mid-sized companies with a clear four-phase approach — no vague promises, no unnecessary large-scale projects.

Service model

Each phase builds on the previous one: capture, prioritise, implement, and anchor cleanly in operations. The result is not a one-off project, but a sustainable automation build-up.

Working mode

  • On-site workshops instead of slide decks
  • Prioritisation by impact and feasibility
  • Rapid piloting with clean operational logic

Make processes visible

We come to you, listen, and take a close look.

Lupe auf einem Flussdiagramm, die Prozessengpaesse, Umwege und Reibungspunkte sichtbar macht
For whom:

Teams with unclear manual workload, hidden coordination overhead, or high error rates.

When it fits:

When process problems are felt operationally but are not yet documented well enough for prioritisation.

Next step:

Move into the 90-minute workshop and a structured process analysis.

In structured workshops and interviews, we analyse which workflows consume time, attention and energy every day. Where is there repetition? Where is the error rate high? Where does data exist that is not yet being used? The result is a clear process map with concrete starting points — not a PowerPoint slide deck, but an actionable inventory.

Outputs:

  • Documented as-is workflows per process candidate
  • Assessment matrix with prioritisation recommendation
  • Clear starting catalogue for the next phase

Assess automation potential

Not every process is worth automating — and that is a good thing.

For whom:

Teams with several automation candidates but limited implementation capacity.

When it fits:

When prioritisation, sequencing and technical feasibility are still unresolved.

Next step:

Assess the top three candidates together and define a realistic roadmap.

We prioritise using four criteria: repeatability, data quality, error rate and volume. This produces clear quick-win candidates and a roadmap for the next 6 to 12 months. Technology decisions (which AI, which interface, which connection pattern) are made after this phase — never before.

Outputs:

  • Top 3 automation candidates with rationale
  • Technology sketch per candidate
  • Realistic timeline and resource estimate

Implement quick wins

The first 1 to 3 automations are concretely built and integrated into daily operations.

Prozessfluss mit sichtbarem Umweg und goldenem Bypass-Bogen der den kuerzesten Weg zum messbaren Ergebnis zeigt
For whom:

Teams that want to move from an idea to a first live automation.

When it fits:

When one to three candidates are already prioritised and implementation trust must be established.

Next step:

Move into stepwise piloting and scaling with measurable success goals.

We ensure clean interfaces, traceable data flows, and a handover that your team genuinely understands. Quick wins are not an end in themselves — they build trust in the approach and deliver measurable relief quickly enough to secure acceptance within the company.

Outputs:

  • Working automation in live operations
  • Technical documentation and handover
  • Measurable before-and-after comparison

Support scaling and governance

After the first results, structure is needed — not more individual projects.

Viele chaotische parallele Flows werden durch einen zentralen metallischen Hub gebuendelt und als saubere strukturierte Ausgaenge skaliert
For whom:

Teams that already see results and now need structure, monitoring and clear ownership.

When it fits:

When the first automations are no longer experimental and operational reliability becomes necessary.

Next step:

Define governance, build the monitoring concept and anchor the scaling roadmap.

We establish clear ownership rules, monitoring concepts, and governance logic that grows without becoming unmanageable. Which automations need to be monitored? Who is responsible when something goes wrong? How are new processes evaluated and prioritised? These questions are answered before the system becomes too complex.

Outputs:

  • Governance model for automations in operations
  • Monitoring and escalation concept
  • Prioritisation framework for further expansion stages

Frequently asked questions

What clients often ask.

How long does the first workshop take?

The introductory workshop takes approximately 90 minutes. In most cases this is sufficient to identify 2 to 4 concrete automation candidates and define a realistic next step.

When does automation become worthwhile?

A good indicator: if a process is repeated at least 3 to 5 times per day, is based on structured data and has clear rules, it is a sensible candidate. Exceptions exist, but every candidate is evaluated individually.

Which systems can be integrated?

We work with the systems already in use in your company: CRM, ERP, email, accounting solutions, document management and industry-specific tools. There is no prerequisite for a specific technology stack.

What does an initial project cost?

That depends on scope and complexity. The introductory workshop is free of charge and without obligation. Afterwards we discuss together what makes sense — and what does not.

Proof over buzzwords

How to recognise our working style before the first conversation.

No fabricated success metrics: these signals show how AYE structures the entry, the collaboration, and the next steps in concrete terms.

On-site or remote

Working mode, not showroom format

Workshops, process capture and prioritisation are oriented towards real daily business, not a demo story.

1 to 3 quick wins

Early impact with tight prioritisation

The focus is deliberately on a small number of automations that quickly relieve daily workload and build internal acceptance.

1 business day

Reliable response

Qualified enquiries are typically answered within one business day — no long lead times or ticket queues.

No tool prerequisites

Integration before replacement

AYE works with existing systems, APIs and data sources instead of requiring an entirely new tool ecosystem.

Next step

The best entry point is not a large project, but one clear first process.

In a 90-minute automation workshop, we identify relevant processes, prioritise quick wins, and sketch a realistic roadmap for the next steps.

Workshop outputs:

  • Top automation candidates
  • 3 prioritised quick wins
  • Clear next steps
